Since opening its doors in 2004, Elements Restaurant and Catering has been considered one of Santa Barbara’s premier caterers. The Elements team has catered wedding receptions, charitable events and corporate parties at local museums, Hope Ranch and Montecito estates, and even aboard a yacht in the Santa Barbara harbor. Elements’ Special Events Manager, Bernadette Pometta, has extensive experience in planning catered events. As a corporate special events planner, she handled the arrangements for the Transamerica Corporation in San Francisco, and later became the Maitre D’ Hotel for San Francisco’s Fairmont. In 2000, she arrived in Santa Barbara and has six years experience as a Banquet Director, most recently with the historic San Ysidro Ranch, before joining Elements’ opening team in 2004. From an intimate event at Elements Restaurant to a party for 500 at a local estate, Bernadette will oversee every detail. Paul Becking, Co-Owner and Executive Chef, opened Elements Restaurant and Catering in 2004. Paul has ten years of experience as Chef at some of the area’s finest restaurants. Paul provides the same menu creativity for a catered event that you can experience at his award-winning restaurant.
